Corrections get priority. If a number on this site does not match the manufacturer's published specification, tell us which page and which figure.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. A spec that does not match the manufacturer's page, a standard described inaccurately, a broken link. We fix these and date the change.
- Missing jargon. A term we used without defining, or one that should be in the glossary.
- Questions we have not answered. Questions that come up more than once end up on the FAQ.
- Gear we have missed. Tell us what it is and where its specs are published.
What we cannot help with
- Order problems. We do not sell anything. If you bought through a link here, the retailer handles the order, returns and warranty.
- Product support. The manufacturer is the right place for a broken pole or a warranty claim.
- Paid placement. There is none, and there will not be. See the editorial policy.
